About The Position

Banner Property Management is a multifamily property management company providing management and operational support across a diverse portfolio of residential communities. Our Corporate Operations Team plays an important role in supporting property performance, business operations, and continuous improvement across our portfolio. We are seeking an Operations Support Analyst to join our team and bring strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to a role that touches many areas of the business. The Operations Support Analyst provides analytical and operational support across Banner’s multifamily portfolio, with responsibilities spanning data analysis, reporting, pricing, market and rent trends, contract review, business systems, and portfolio performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, solving problems, improving processes, and turning information into useful business insights. Reporting to the Director of Business Systems, you will work closely with corporate leadership, property management leadership, and on-site teams to analyze information, identify opportunities, improve reporting and processes, and support both day-to-day operations and broader business initiatives.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of an organization.
Ability to effectively utilize AI tools and models to support reporting, analysis, research, property management, and other business needs.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional job-related travel.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Analytics, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in multifamily property management, real estate, finance, business analytics, or another relevant analytical field.
Experience working with property management, financial, or business intelligence systems.

Responsibilities

Compile, analyze, standardize, and maintain property- and portfolio-level data used for financial, performance, benchmarking, and historical reporting.
Analyze rent, revenue, expenses, market conditions, and other performance data to identify trends, opportunities, variances, and areas for further review.
Assist with budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, and variance reporting for existing properties, newly acquired assets, and portfolio transitions.
Research multifamily submarkets, competitive properties, rental rates, and market trends to support portfolio performance and business initiatives.
Develop and maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, automated reports, forecasting tools, and other resources that improve reporting and operational efficiency.
Support business systems projects, system testing, data analysis, and initiatives designed to improve access to and use of key business information.
Review data and operational processes for accuracy, consistency, and efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with corporate and property management teams to gather information, respond to reporting and analytical needs, and communicate findings to appropriate stakeholders.
Support acquisitions, dispositions, portfolio transitions, new business opportunities, contract reviews, and other business initiatives through research, data analysis, reporting, and preparation of supporting materials.
Assist with special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
