About The Position

InnovMetric is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join its Sales and Administration Operations team. More specifically, you will be called upon to collaborate with other team members as you perform the following tasks:

Requirements

  • Have at least one year of experience in administrative or operational support, or in a similar role
  • Demonstrate proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Be comfortable using Microsoft 365
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining rigor and a strong sense of organization
  • Adopt responsible behavior at all times and demonstrate a sustained commitment to accuracy, quality, and reliability
  • Work proactively and harmoniously with colleagues, fostering team cohesion and contributing to the achievement of shared objectives

Nice To Haves

  • Hold an AEC or a DEC in office automation or administration (an asset)
  • Be familiar with Salesforce (an asset)

Responsibilities

  • Process shipping requests and ensure compliance with required documentation and related procedures
  • Deliver a high‑quality visitor experience and ensure a welcoming and professional front‑desk presence, in collaboration and rotation with team members
  • Respond to day-to-day demands related to administrative operations and infrastructure management
  • Process software key requests and ensure compliance with related procedures
  • Participate in the purchasing process, including internal requests, inventory management, order processing, and verification of goods
  • Manage invoices in our CRM for administrative purchases made by credit card
  • Process travel requests in accordance with established guidelines
  • Contribute to the review and updating of administrative policies and procedures that are in place to support effective management
  • Provide operational support for cellphone changes, including coordinating replacements and answering plan-related questions
  • Manage the employee snack counter inventory by ensuring a consistent and appealing supply
