About The Position

The Operations Support employee helps deliver products and services to customers while maintaining equipment and facilities. The role includes delivering and applying fertilizer and chemicals to farms, communicating with customers, blending fertilizer, calibrating application equipment, and performing vehicle and equipment maintenance, including welding and pump or engine overhauls. The employee is responsible for following DOT, OSHA, and HazMat regulations and may need to lift 50 pounds or more during daily tasks.

This is a full-time position with seasonal overtime opportunities. The role is based at SGS Retail Berea in Alliance, Nebraska, with no travel required. The position is not eligible for relocation.

Requirements

• Class A CDL required.
• Ability to operate a manual transmission.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment, including sprayers, semi-trucks, and trailers.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and mobile apps.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds or more.

Nice To Haves

• Agriculture or equipment operation experience preferred.
