About The Position

Clemens Food Group is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Tyrone, PA, to oversee their bacon slicing team. This role involves leading production, coaching teams, and driving continuous improvement. The supervisor will be responsible for building and coaching a reliable, cross-trained production team, making daily decisions that impact quality, safety, and efficiency, and ensuring adherence to various compliance standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience supervising in production, manufacturing, or a related operations environment
• Strong in people development and process improvement
• Comfortable with compliance standards and operational metrics
• Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
• Ready to lead on 2nd shift, typically starting around 3:00 PM
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
