About The Position

This role involves overseeing operations, potentially within armored transportation or warehousing. The supervisor will work with branch leadership to mitigate risks through coaching, training, surveillance, loss investigations, and enforcing compliance with policies and procedures. The position requires a strong understanding of various operational software, federal regulations (DOT, OSHA), and company-specific audit guidelines (BCA, CMS). A key aspect of the role is to influence others to adhere to company standards and to collaborate with leadership and personnel in CIT and CMS operations to reduce theft, losses, and shortages while maintaining safety and security.

Requirements

  • A valid firearms permit or ability to pass applicable firearms requirement per the state to which you are applying is required.
  • A strong, positive, leadership and supervisory presence proven through professional experience is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to teach, coach, and present to small and large groups is required.
  • Experience in transportation and warehousing, transportation logistics, or a related field required.
  • Excellent computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs required.
  • Strong desire to succeed, advance, grow your career, and work for an industry and company-leading branch is required.
  • College degree or 3-years’ experience in transport operations.
  • Proven ability as a self-starter within current and prior positions.
  • Ability to train and to have others conform with company ideals, policy and procedures.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience in Operations Supervisor leadership role within the armored transportation or warehousing industry.
  • Experience preferred with Operations Software, to include Track and Trace, SoFi, Netra dyne, AXIS Body Worn Cameras, Oracle, and EVAS.
  • Experience in banking or retail cash, and ATM operations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Mitigate risk through coaching, training, surveillance, loss investigations, compliance, and policy/procedure enforcement.
  • Prepare for and work with Internal and External auditors.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of both Branch Compliance Audit (BCA) guidelines and CMS Compliance Audit guidelines.
  • Persuade others to conform with Loomis ideals, procedures and policies.
  • Work closely with both CIT and CMS operations leadership and personnel to reduce Theft, Losses and Shortages.
  • Uphold legal and company standards of safety and security.
  • Train and ensure conformity with company ideals, policy and procedures.
