About The Position

As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee multi-site guarding operations, guiding Field Supervisors and security teams to deliver exceptional performance. In this role, you will conduct site inspections, ensuring compliance with post orders, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. The Operations Supervisor plays a key role in developing the team through coaching, training, and mentorship. You will also support branch operations by managing essential administrative processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Requirements

• Ensures delivery of high-quality customer service.
• Helps sustain client and employee retention.
• Manage branch operations to achieve profitability.
• Willing to fill in at lower levels when necessary while managing high-level responsibilities.
• Is organized, self-disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and communicates timely and effectively at all levels.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Associate’s Degree.
• 1 year of experience in security operation
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
• Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.
