About The Position

Additionally, you will set the standard for professional communication and leadership presence, represent the organization with confidence, and champion a culture of respect and continuous improvement. Leveraging data, metrics, and trends, you will guide both operational and strategic decisions, including the use of financial and payroll data to make informed staffing decisions that ensure efficient coverage, maintain service quality, and control costs. You will also establish and monitor key performance indicators to support sustainable growth and continuous organizational success.

Requirements

  • A 4-year college degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven leadership experience with a focus on both people and performance
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
