About The Position

This role involves supervising and coordinating production workers in an assigned department to ensure daily production schedules are met while maintaining quality and safety standards. The supervisor will manage workflow, allocate personnel, and lead, train, and mentor team members. They will also be responsible for enforcing company policies, processes, and safety protocols, communicating with other departments, maintaining records, and reporting production issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
• 1–3 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ERP/MES systems strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
