About The Position

The Operations Supervisor serves as the primary operational leader for field-based mobile imaging technologists, technologist assistants, and route drivers. This position supports employees and customers by coordinating the activities of assigned mobile and fixed-site imaging routes, ensuring effective service delivery and operational efficiency. Location: Office-based role located on-site at our West Fargo corporate headquarters, 728 East Beaton Drive, Suite 101 or Sioux Falls location, 109 S Petro Ave.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Operations Management, Radiologic Sciences, or a related field or equivalent work related experience.
  • Previous leadership, supervisory, or team coordination experience with the ability to effectively coach, mentor, and support geographically dispersed employees.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, relationship management, critical thinking and verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • PC proficiency using a variety of software packages and computer navigation.
  • Must have a strong accuracy and detail orientation and the ability to work well independently with limited direct supervision.
  • The ability to handle difficult situations, remain calm under stress, manage emotional situations, display empathy and maintain positive communication during a rapidly changing environment is a must!
  • Ability to analyze operational data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Must be flexible to work outside of traditional business hours as needed.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening, in accordance with applicable laws.

Responsibilities

  • Directing, coordinating, assigning, scheduling, and reviewing the work of assigned staff to ensure quality customer service.
  • Ensuring staffing levels are maintained, approving time off, confirming routes have proper coverage, processing biweekly payroll and expense reporting.
  • Onboarding and training newly hired staff members.
  • Following established protocols and procedures required for a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Develops and manages relationships with customers.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement, addresses concerns, and implements solutions/changes to increase customer and employee satisfaction.
  • Analyzing the efficiency of operations and auditing quality improvement and patient care measures to ensure compliance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
