About The Position

An Operations Supervisor is a key leader who supports the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. When no manager is onsite, the supervisor leads the store and supervisory staff, keeps operations running smoothly, and ensures completion of opening and closing procedures. This part-time role requires a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, overtime as needed, and availability to respond to urgent store issues.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a retail supervisor.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Supervise store crew by assigning, directing, and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews.
• Help customers with questions, problems, and complaints.
• Promote CVS’s customer service culture by greeting customers, offering help, and thanking them.
• Handle customer relations issues according to company policy and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Provide colleagues with personalized customer service feedback and coaching.
• Maintain customer and patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Support planning and execution of displays, signs, and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Support planning, execution, display, and maintenance of off-shelf merchandise.
• Lead store operations and supervisory staff when no manager is onsite.
• Ensure completion of opening and closing procedures.
