About The Position

As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations of a team of associates in Pharmacy Operations monitoring productivity and performance standards while planning and directing workflow and project assignments. This is a worksite dependent role at the Tempe, AZ Accredo fulfillment pharmacy. Shift hours are Sunday 7am-3:30pm, Monday - Thursday 10am–7pm.

Requirements

• High School Diploma is required
• At least 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing/distribution setting strongly preferred
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively develop and assist team members
• General PC knowledge; MS Office, Internet, email
• Excellent oral, written and phone communication skills
• Experience in training and coaching less experienced staff
• Advanced problem solving skills
• The ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic working environment, make independent decisions
• Demonstrated ability to handle difficult conversations in a professional manner
• Ability to work shift: Sunday 7am-3:30pm, Monday - Thursday 10am–7pm

Nice To Haves

• Pharmacy Technician Certification a plus
