About The Position
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Operations Supervisor to oversee commercial cleaning operations across multiple client locations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting teams, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for managing janitorial staff, ensuring quality standards are met, supporting client relationships, and helping daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in janitorial, facilities, or service industries preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities
- Experience with employee management and quality inspections
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
Responsibilities
- Supervise janitorial teams across assigned locations
- Conduct site visits and quality inspections
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor hours
- Respond to client concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Train, coach, and support employees
- Monitor supplies, equipment, and safety compliance
- Work closely with management to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction
