About The Position

The EMS Operations Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations of a transfer-only EMS program based at St. Vincent’s Medical Center. The role combines operational leadership and direct patient care, ensuring safe, timely, and compliant interfacility and discharge transports. The Supervisor is responsible for scheduling, payroll oversight, interviewing and onboarding, coaching and corrective action, supply and fleet readiness, crew quarters upkeep, and weekly/monthly performance reporting. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Valid Connecticut driver’s license.
Valid State of Connecticut EMT or Paramedic license.
Valid Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
At least 3 years of EMS experience.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
