About The Position

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for executing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) according to company standards, including "The Morning Routine" and operational aspects of "The Director's Playbook." This role coordinates daily and weekly activities, plans workloads and staffing, and is accountable for employee production, supervision, discipline, and conflict resolution. The supervisor will monitor and evaluate employees, enforce policy and procedure compliance, and coordinate with other departments. They will also respond to and solve production problems, train employees on job-specific duties, and develop employees through coaching. Additionally, the role involves making suggestions and showing initiative for process improvements, effectively communicating with clients, vendors, and employees, and assisting the Operations Manager with planning and budget processes. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED Required
  • Four years industry experience required
  • Two years supervisory required
  • Problem solving- identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
  • Client Service- manages difficult client situations, responds promptly to client needs and welcome client feedback
  • Quality management-look for ways to improve and promote quality and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
  • Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
  • Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
  • Job may require extended sitting or standing, use of standard office equipment.

  • Walking within the warehouse and inspecting freight

Responsibilities
