About The Position

Lunds & Byerlys France Avenue is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Operations Supervisor to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $20.50-$29.13/hr. We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 7:00am-11:00pm.

Requirements

• Three or more years previous retail or food service experience desired
• Previous supervisory experience desired
• Team player - steps in to assist when and where as needed
• Respectful - empathetic and appreciative of our customers and team

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Supervising and assisting front-end operations including: Scanning items, Entering pricing data, Processing payment, Packaging groceries, Resolving any checkout concerns
• Bookkeeping and payroll processing
• Assisting in coaching, mentoring, and training employees
