About The Position

Responsibilities

• Managing employee schedules, conducting performance reviews, and providing training or coaching.
• Identifying workflow bottlenecks and implementing continuous improvement strategies to boost productivity.
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing operational reports for executives.
• Ensuring all products or services meet quality standards and that the business complies with safety and industry regulations.
