About The Position

Staci Americas is looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to manage and oversee all shift warehouse activities at multiple sites, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity for four sites.

Requirements

3-5 years of related experience in Warehousing, Receiving, or Inventory Control, ideally within a multi-client warehousing environment
Knowledge of warehousing practices and procedures including receiving and shipping methods, supervision, and accountability
Knowledge of principles and practices of leadership and work management
Knowledge of Warehouse-related SOP’s
Knowledge of Individual Account work instructions
Knowledge of Warehouse processes and procedures
Skill in OSHA Safety
Skill in MS Office
Skill in Organizational protocols
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding warehouse environment
Ability to train and develop hourly associates
Ability to learn AMWARE proprietary WMS
Ability to understand and ensure compliance with SOP’s, individual account work instructions and other warehouse processes and procedures

Responsibilities

Help to determine space requirements and ensure that inventory is put away, relocated, and stored accurately.
Manage the daily work schedules of fulfillment associates to ensure a smooth and productive operation.
Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of equipment, as well as ensuring there is a safe, clean working environment.
Plan and coordinate staffing to meet daily order fulfillment and shipping needs.
Train on the safe operation of equipment and the maintenance of material handling equipment.
Motivate, evaluate, and coach warehouse staff.
Manage Shipping/Receiving Clerk and Account Leads.
Make recommendations to the Operations Manager on programs to improve warehouse operations.
Interviews and recommends associate applicants for hire.
Manage the 5S of the facility.
Training and developing hourly associates.
