About The Position

Under the supervision of the Sanitation Manager, the Assistant Sanitation Manager assists in the planning, execution and management of daily operation of sanitation activities at the client location. Client Retention/Customer Relationships / One Best Team / Quality/Productivity / Safety / Financial.

Requirements

3-5 years of previous management experience in a fast-paced sanitation/production environment.
Associate degree in business administration.
Computer literate: be able to compile reports, create presentations, understands Microsoft Office computer programs (excel, ppt, word)
Must read, write and understand the native language, communicate (both verbal and written) effectively, and apply discretion and comprehensive understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
Requires knowledge of machinery related to custodial operations
Requires listening, interpersonal, computer and leadership skills
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistics and apply elementary math functions
Ability to work well under time constraints
Must maintain friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients and co-workers
Is adaptable to customer needs

Must implement, train, and follow all established work rules; including, but not limited to: GMPs.
Must physically be able to stand a minimum of (8) eight hours to a maximum of (16) sixteen hours daily.
Must be able to stoop and bend while lifting weight up to (50) lb.
Must be able to climb onto and crawl under machinery as required.
Must present and teach established safety orientation and safety training sessions.
Must be able to implement and run the Aramark Sanitation OPX program.
Must be able to complete a Go Spot Check site audit monthly.
Must be able to assist in running MSS program.
Performs quality control inspections of entire facility every month. Able to recognize acceptable and non-acceptable cleaning practices and make necessary changes.
Ensures that all areas and equipment are safe and sanitary.
Performs other duties as directed by Aramark management/client.
