About The Position

The Operations Supervisor will focus on productivity by leading all activities within their assigned area to meet goals and objectives. They will also be responsible for continuous improvement by using a disciplined problem-solving approach with PDCA/A3 tools to achieve or exceed cost reduction targets. Additionally, the role involves leadership, motivating the team, and providing direction and support to carry out the goals and objectives of their area and the company. This is a 3rd shift position with a schedule that may be Sunday–Wednesday (Day1-4) from 8 PM–6 AM or Sunday–Thursday (Day1-5) from 10 PM–7 AM. Hours may vary depending on business needs.

Requirements

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
Associate degree or higher OR a minimum of 3 years supervising direct reports OR will complete a bachelor's degree in May 2026.
Experience with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree – preferably in supply chain, engineering, or production operations
Experience managing direct reports in a manufacturing or distribution environment
Experience with equipment and/or building maintenance
Ability to lead, coach and mentor teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with WMS systems
Project management experience
Adept at seeing opportunities to improve upon the status quo and implementing solutions
Familiarity with Lean principles
