About The Position

The Operations Supervisor supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and fosters working relationships with personnel throughout the organization. The supervisor manages department resources to support maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency; supports employee training and development; and promotes a positive, team-oriented environment focused on employee involvement, proactive communication, cooperation, and continual improvement. This is a seasonal, part-time position in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent.
Management experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
