About The Position

The Operations Supervisor supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production, and attendance. The role sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety. It provides effective leadership and builds working relationships with personnel at all levels of the organization. The supervisor manages department resources to support maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency; ensures employees receive orientation, skills and safety training, evaluations, and coaching; and promotes employee development and a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Requirements

Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
Management experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
