About The Position

The Operations Supervisor plans, directs, and assigns work activities in a manufacturing or distribution department. The position supports and implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements to operating methods, equipment, people, materials, and working conditions. The role is based in an active industrial manufacturing and distribution center and supports production and distribution needs on a 6 p.m.–6 a.m. 2-2-3 schedule.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution center environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree in Supervisory Management or a related field.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Experience with manufacturing or warehouse equipment and department processes.
