About The Position

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for coordinating activities of employees engaged in receiving, inspection, processing, transporting, stocking, order filling, shipping, cycle counting, and maintaining stock records. The Supervisor supports existing policies and procedures and recommends improvements in both of these areas as well as in methods, equipment, and working conditions. The supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all customer contract requirements, pertaining to operations, are met or exceeded.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

This includes being sensitive to others’ needs and feelings, being understanding and helpful to others on the job, maintain composure and keeping emotions in check.

Judgement & Decision Making: Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Supply Chain or related field
5 years of supply chain experience with at least two years of experience as a supervisor
