About The Position

This remote position as an Operations Supervisor is the operations leader for all members of a client-centric team and ensures service delivery in a manner that meets or exceeds client expectations. This position is directly responsible for the operational delivery objectives that are set forth by the client scopes of work and service level agreements. The Operations Supervisor leads a team of Account Coordinators and drives the customer service experience by measuring and analyzing performance metrics in alignment with key company objectives centered on exceptional service, customer retention, and quality assurance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in an Operations Supervisor role.
  • Ideally with experience in exterior services or another service-related field with high customer/client contact.
  • Knowledge of landscape and snow industry.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Mathematical skills.
  • Ability to analyze and disseminate data and create reports.
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, and conflict management skills.
  • Adaptability, resourcefulness, ability to navigate varying requests, and stress tolerance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

  • Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Superior attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and editing skills.
  • Superior time management skills, including sensitivity to urgent matters.
