About The Position

Candidate for this position must be highly motivated to work and supervise employees in day to day responsibilities. Must possess a strong work ethic, have confidence, and exhibit good decision making skills in the field of work. They should have a strong eye for detail pertaining to landscape maintenance and able to meet high performance standards in an upscale resort environment. Must be able to follow directions clearly, communicate to employees, and with management team to ensure maintenance responsibilities, standards, and goals met. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in landscape maintenance and/or turf grass management
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have own transportation to and from the resort

Nice To Haves

• Associates Degree in Horticulture, Turf Grass Management, or related field strongly preferred
• Resort landscape maintenance and or/ golf course experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Work, lead, and supervise employees in aspects of landscape maintenance
• Policing grounds for trash, litter, and debris
• Planting bed maintenance
• Enhancement bed maintenance and installation
• Pruning
• Mowing
• Chemical application
• Irrigation Maintenance
• Must adhere to Company Core Values and Standards on a daily basis
