About The Position

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Orlando, Florida (FL). This role involves overseeing multi-site guarding operations, guiding Field Supervisors and security teams to deliver exceptional performance. The Operations Supervisor will conduct site inspections, ensuring compliance with post orders, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. This role is key in developing the team through coaching, training, and mentorship, and will also support branch operations by managing essential administrative processes.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
Associate’s Degree.
1 year of experience in security operation Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
Is organized, self-disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and communicates timely and effectively at all levels.

Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.
