Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment.
  • Enforce safe working methods and behaviors within the team.
  • Conduct safety audits and warehouse checks.
  • Supervise warehouse traffic, van audits and ensure safe vehicle movements.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization.
  • Respond to emergencies as required.
  • Oversee shipping, receiving, dispatching, and inventory management.
  • Conduct quality checkups on return pickups and return to the client process.
  • Create/confirm driver bookings with relevant BPs.
  • Generate the next day’s route plan and send optimization emails to the Optimization team.
  • Conduct IDCs/Drivers check in/ out, loading and package dispatching process.
  • Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests.
  • Assist with sorting, scanning, and processing packages (including defective items and returns).
  • Maintain accurate delivery, incident, and inventory logs, and submit comprehensive daily reports.
  • Complete daily reports and submit to the clients, Station team and Manager (AMZ Daily Case report, Shift Handover, etc.).
  • Audit Proof of Delivery (POD) reports and report back on compliance to IDC liaison.
  • Complete daily timesheets and submit to the Station Manager.
  • Perform data entry as needed.
  • Assign daily tasks to staff, monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with SOPs.
  • Prepare and monitor performance reports (on-time deliveries, exceptions, etc.).
  • Provide coaching, support, and training to drivers and warehouse staff, including onboarding of new hires.
  • Address delivery complaints, damages, or lost packages promptly.
  • Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and assess employee performance, workplace conduct and compliance as required, including discipline where appropriate.
  • Other duties as assigned.
