About The Position

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for managing all aspects of the department including the operation and maintenance of the equipment, exempt oversight for the development and performance management for the production employees.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred
2 years prior experience and training with InfoIMAGE or similar experience in Print & Mail industry
minimum of 2 years supervisory experience reflecting gradual increased responsibilities
Must demonstrate leadership qualities
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
Excellent memory retention with the ability to multi-task
Proficient in Windows Operating Systems
Ability to communicate clearly in written and verbal form to all levels of staff
Professional demeanor with a high level to safe guard confidentiality

Develops and implements processes to drive efficiency and accuracy into the business model.

Proactively addresses challenges to the operation and the employees.
Communicates production plans to ensure an umbrella of continuity in the operational goal.
Familiar with and able to apply company policy in the administration of performance management and safety requirements.
Assigns work as appropriate to expedite processing and effectively manages labor effort during down turns in production cycles.
Proactively communicates with business partners, local and remote, in support of client objectives via reporting, analysis, meeting attendance, SOP revisions and project support.
Reviews and monitors all CaReport and IssueTrac attributed to the Operations site.
Ensures all assigned tickets are addressed, resolved and closed timely.
Collaborates with other department managers to provide expedited RCA to clients for Level 3 issues.
Ensures temporary and permanent solutions are identified and implemented.
Tasks assigned areas required for monthly production, special projects, turnover meetings, new implementations, tax planning, etc.
Requests and allocates resources as needed.
