About The Position

The Operations Supervisor oversees security operations across multiple client sites, leading daily operations and supporting team success. The role supervises security officers and Field Supervisors, maintains client relationships, supports new client start-ups, and helps develop site security plans. It also involves managing staffing, schedules, labor costs, payroll accuracy, reports, and required documentation; coaching and developing staff; and responding to incidents and emergencies as needed. The Operations Supervisor ensures compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Operations experience.
• Proficiency in using technology.
• Familiarity with Excel and Microsoft systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to remain calm during emergencies or high-pressure situations.
• Regular driving is required.
• Occasional walking, bending, kneeling, or lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• On-call availability for urgent situations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security officers and Field Supervisors across multiple locations.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure post orders are followed.
• Build client relationships through regular communication and service reviews.
• Support new client start-ups and help shape site security plans.
• Coach, train, and develop staff; assist with corrective actions when needed.
• Manage schedules, staffing, and labor costs to ensure smooth operations.
• Review reports, maintain payroll accuracy, and complete required documentation.
• Respond to emergencies or incidents as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
