About The Position

Colony Brands, Inc. is seeking a regular full-time Operations Supervisor to support its Warehouse, Production, and Fulfillment functions in Monroe, Wisconsin. The supervisor leads employees and coordinates daily operations, supporting employee development, safety, quality, productivity, service, and continuous improvement while maintaining consistent operational standards. The position requires flexibility to work across departments and support both first- and second-shift operations. Work hours vary throughout the year based on seasonal demands and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily activities across warehouse, production, and fulfillment operations.
• Monitor workflow to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Oversee production line startup, staffing, material availability, and workflow readiness.
• Verify adherence to work instructions, product specifications, GMPs, and quality requirements.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and inventory investigations.
• Oversee order fulfillment processes, including wave planning, picking, replenishment, inspection, packing, personalization, special order handling, sortation, and shipping activities.
• Support employee development, safety, quality, productivity, service, and continuous improvement.
• Support operations across departments and both first and second shifts.
