The Production Supervisor leads frontline manufacturing operations within a high-speed beverage production environment. This role is responsible for driving results across safety, quality, delivery, and cost while developing and coaching frontline team members. The supervisor maintains a strong presence on the production floor, proactively identifying operational constraints, resolving issues in real time, and ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production. Aseptic Responsibilities: Lead daily aseptic production operations while ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. Coach and develop Leads and Operators while fostering accountability and engagement. Coordinate daily activities with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Planning, and Sanitation. Oversee CIP, SIP, COP, SOP, and production startup activities. Drive performance through Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People metrics. Lead troubleshooting efforts during equipment downtime. Monitor OEE, downtime, yield, labor efficiency, and schedule attainment. Facilitate daily VMB meetings, shift passdowns, and operational reviews. Lead RCA, RCCM, A3, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with GMPs, HACCP, and company policies.
