Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations, tractor/trailer driving, and beverage vending will give you a competitive edge.
  • A valid Class C driver’s license and health card.
  • Satisfactory completion of a Motor Vehicle Check per the company’s Vehicle Safety Policy.
  • Strong leadership abilities are necessary to effectively supervise personnel and foster an energetic, customer-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and operating relevant software, such as Streamware for Vending, is vital for ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety will support your success in maintaining high performance while promoting a positive workplace culture.

  • Ideally, candidates will possess a valid Class A driver’s license.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the VCC and First Choice route personnel, providing essential direction and performance monitoring to ensure stellar customer service.
  • Maintaining consistent operating procedures while managing inventory control—from ordering to tracking deliveries and mitigating spoilage.
  • Active involvement in hiring and training a diverse range of staff, including route and warehouse drivers.
  • Riding along with route drivers, conducting P.R.I.D.E. vehicle inspections, and participating in monthly plant audits.
  • Optimizing routes and enforcing company policies and safety standards in compliance with OSHA and DOT regulations.
  • Fostering a culture of excellence to ensure customers receive unparalleled service and that the team excels in a safe, energized working environment.
