About The Position
Join our team as a Nurse Leader. This role is for an Operations Supervisor RN in the Pre-Op / PACU department.
Requirements
- Current licensure as RN in state of Ohio.
- BLS required.
- PALS required
- ACLS required
- Supervisory and or leadership experience required.
- Physical requirements: a. visual acuity of 20/20 or corrected to 20/20 including color vision when applicable; b. ability to hear (with or without aides) c. ability to orally communicate d. good manual dexterity
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred.
- Specialty certification preferred.
- Four (4) years nursing management or other leadership experience in an acute care setting preferred.
- Four (4) years’ experience in Preop and/or Post anesthesia care unit preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervisory and or leadership experience required.
- Ability to push, pull, roll, and transfer/lift 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk frequently
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, kneel frequently
- Ability to perform CPR
