About The Position

The Operations Supervisor - Raw Processing - 1st Shift position is located in Chicago, Illinois. Sponsorship is not available for this role, now or in the future. This role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience in the meat processing field) and over 5 years of food processing experience in the meat industry as a supervisor. Knowledge of manufacturing, yields, plant efficiencies, and operations procedures is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Inventory software is also required. Being bilingual is a plus.
