About The Position

The Operations Supervisor will supervise, coordinate and train the team to support Enterprise Servicing and Recovery strategies. They will possess and apply necessary technical and analytical skills in order to oversee assigned tasks, volumes, and workflow for loan adjustments and documentation pertaining to civil litigation judgement orders, and other miscellaneous loan adjustments. This leader will implement, document and perform self-audits on area policies and procedures, ensuring the team maintains a high level of accuracy and compliance. This leadership role requires strong team leadership skills, positive influence of others, and the ability to be dynamic and flexible with scope of responsibility and oversight.

Requirements

  • High School or GED.
  • Prior supervisory experience over a group of 8 to 15 team members.
  • Sound judgment in problem solving and solutions to minimize risk.
  • Practical judgement in supervision and scheduling of assigned staff.
  • Skills to motivate and encourage staff members.

Nice To Haves

  • Some college/technical training.
  • Some experience with civil litigation, court judgements, or legal documentation.
  • Internal systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Providing direct supervision of assigned staff, while coordinating workflows to maintain departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain an inclusive, positive work environment for all team members.
  • Collaborate with other department leaders and partners to ensure proper account handling and workflow.
  • Monitor performance and productivity standards that will accomplish objectives.
  • Establish and maintain current policies and procedures within the department.
  • Interviewing and participating in the selection of new employees.
  • Participation in the evaluation, promotion and coaching of assigned staff.
  • Maintaining open communication with assigned staff, including regular staff meetings and individual monthly performance reviews.
  • Developing and implementing ongoing training programs to complete objectives.
  • Maintaining a proper work schedule to support your department of responsibilities.
  • Utilizing monitoring systems to ensure compliance to quality programs and expectations.
  • Provide coaching and development of employees.
  • Maintaining appropriate position documentation.
