Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience (or one year as a GFL Lead Driver).
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Ability to handle a 40-hour weekly schedule with ease.
• Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located is required.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in waste or transportation is a huge plus.
• If you’ve driven the trucks, you’ve got our respect!
• If you have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, even better.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and mentor your team of drivers and helpers.
• Direct collection and disposal services to maximize our fleet and people.
• Lead monthly safety meetings, investigate incidents, and conduct route observations to keep our "Safe Employee" recognition program thriving.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Navigate CDL regulations.
