The Operations Supervisor II, Beaumont Terminal is responsible for leading Operations personnel in the safe, environmentally responsible, efficient, and cost-effective operation of the dock, tank farm, truck and rail racks, wastewater, and pipeline equipment. The Shift Supervisor will drive engagement to create a work environment where people are motivated to achieve excellence, while providing direction, removing obstacles to getting work done, and ensuring accountability for themselves and others to meet commitments. Located in a prime position along the Sabine-Neches Waterway in Nederland, Texas, the Beaumont Terminal is a gateway to the Gulf Coast. As the largest terminal in the Phillips 66 portfolio, it has 74 total tanks with shell capacity totaling 16.1 million barrels. This position works a 12-hour rotating shift (DuPont schedule).
