About The Position

This position will work with employees and management to develop and maintain a dynamic service culture. This role is a hands-on, customer focused position that is responsible for assisting the managers in handling operational needs.

Requirements

High School diploma required
5 – 7 years of relevant work experience required
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and to meet deadlines
Clear and concise oral communication
Accurately compose written materials as required by the position

Responsibilities

Lead complex, specialized initiatives around technology solutions for the department.
Make implementation decisions working with third-party applications based on proven knowledge of Allied requirements & client needs to meet larger objectives set by strategy.
Create process project plans related to the center of excellence, setting objectives.
Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Identify and execute initiatives to standardize efficiency.
Track the success rate of efficiencies gained after an initiative or project has been released to ensure effectiveness.
Analyze and create monthly, quarterly, and as-needed reports to evaluate statistics.
Present recommendations to management regarding emerging trends and workflow improvements.
Develop & deploy training materials during the implementation of large initiatives.
Ensure that quality assurance, productivity, and department standards are maintained by gap analysis of performance versus target.
Prioritize, assign, and organize workflow.
Work with management and cross-functional teams to achieve divisional goals with direct impact on departmental results.
Act as a consultant for clients and internal employees on operational questions.
Handle customer and lender concerns/requests in an effective manner.
Use clear and concise oral communication; accurately compose written materials as required by the position.
Foster and influence an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort, while maintaining a high-quality work environment so team members are motivated to perform at their highest level.
Assist, train, & communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding specialized and new workflows.
