The specialist will process applications and prospect requests for first-year and transfer students, enter admission committee decisions into the CRM database, and prepare decision letters. This fast-paced environment requires accurate and efficient computer data entry, including confidential ratings. The position also includes responding to telephone and email inquiries, advising students, and resolving problems while maintaining good relations with various stakeholders. Additionally, the role provides support to the main Admission and Financial Aid switchboard, visitor reception, collection and mailing of travel materials, and assistance with on-campus Admission and Financial Aid programs and events.
