About The Position

CloudKitchens helps restaurateurs succeed in online food delivery. At the Times Square location, the Operations Specialist supports daily facility operations in a fast-paced setting, processing orders, coordinating delivery pickups, and resolving operational issues. The role also supports restaurant partners, handles administrative tasks, trains and coaches team members, and maintains a clean, organized facility that meets health and safety standards. Flexibility and adaptability are important, and the team works together to support restaurateurs, customers, and delivery partners.

Responsibilities

Transport orders from kitchens to the facility’s central processing area, which may involve using stairs.
Process orders and prepare them for delivery partner pickup.
Identify and troubleshoot operational issues promptly.
Take ownership of issues and coordinate with partners, employees, and third parties to resolve them.
Support daily administrative tasks, including sorting incoming packages and deliveries, maintaining inventory counts, and monitoring emails and instant messages.
Respond promptly to restaurant partners’ questions, requests, and concerns.
Train and coach team members to ensure consistent execution of operational procedures.
Maintain a clean facility, assign cleaning tasks, and conduct compliance checks to ensure health code standards are met.
