We are seeking a junior level operations specialist to join our growing company. In this role, you will be involved in HR, finance, recruiting, staffing, and marketing. You will be working closely with management and be mentored on the various aspects of operating a business.

Requirements

Familiar with the government defense contracting industry
Experience with HR policies and procedures
Experience with recruiting process and tools
Strong communicator
Driven and seeking career growth

Responsibilities

Involved in HR, finance, recruiting, staffing, and marketing.
Working closely with management.
Mentored on the various aspects of operating a business.
