Requirements

  • Associates degree in Engineering. Construction Management, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in engineering design or project delivery
  • Experience working directly on design or project teams supporting delivery
  • Familiarity of engineering project workflow
  • Strong attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
  • Experience in Power Delivery Engineering experience
  • Project support experience
  • Proposal and estimating experience
  • AI experience

Responsibilities

  • Execute operational initiatives at the direction of Operations Leadership
  • Build and maintain tools, trackers, and outputs used to support project delivery
  • Support coordinating overall onboarding program and help improve early careers using real delivery workflows
  • Maintain and improve resource planning and utilization tracking tools
  • Assist in development of operational reporting tied to project performance
  • Support development of automation and AI-enabled tools for proposals, estimating, early project setup and data structuring and project workflows
  • Document, maintain and standardize processes based on project team workflow
