About The Position

The Operations Specialist will coordinate and support daily operational activities to meet production and service targets. This role involves analyzing operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The specialist will also assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. Additionally, they will support continuous improvement initiatives, troubleshoot operational issues, and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Able to work in a non-air-conditioned environment at times.
Able to communicate professionally with internal and external customers.
Able to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed.
Must be familiar with MS office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) and company systems: JDE, TAT, TSM, and EDS

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support daily operational activities to meet production and service targets
Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, engineering, and quality
Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for management
Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to optimize operations
Ensure compliance with NOV standards, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental), and regulatory requirements
Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
Troubleshoot operational issues and drive timely resolution
Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and reports
Participate in audits, inspections, and process reviews
