Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in warehouse, delivery, logistics, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and basic computer systems
  • Good communication skills (calls, texts, email)
  • Ability to work independently while staying connected to a team
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take ownership
  • Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Comfortable driving to hospitals and navigating different locations
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
  • Reliable transportation (may be required based on role)
  • Ability to meet healthcare compliance requirements (immunizations, screenings, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in medical devices, surgical support, or healthcare logistics
  • Familiarity with inventory systems or warehouse software

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and prepare medical products for delivery
  • Deliver and pick up products from hospitals and healthcare facilities
  • Set up and organize products upon delivery
  • Track and manage inventory, including cycle counts and documentation
  • Upload delivery confirmations and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
  • Communicate with team members to prioritize urgent needs
  • Help troubleshoot inventory or delivery issues and follow through to resolution
  • Maintain company vehicle (cleanliness, fuel, routine upkeep)
  • Follow all company policies, including HIPAA and privacy regulations
