Operations Specialist - Inventory & Store Operations - Growth Opportunity!

You will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, product readiness, and overall store organization, with your work directly impacting store performance and customer experience. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of inventory or retail operations experience preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable using computers and systems
- Reliable with strong follow-through
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (assistance for heavier items)
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory through weekly counts and reconciliations
- Track and resolve open repair issues
- Organize and maintain back room with proper tagging
- Refurbish returned merchandise to company standards
- Ensure pricing and signage accuracy
- Coordinate inventory transfers
- Monitor product ordering and follow up
- Support store organization and operational efficiency
