We are looking for an Operations Specialist to ensure inventory accuracy, product readiness, and overall store organization. This role directly impacts store performance and customer experience. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of inventory or retail operations experience preferred
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and systems
• Reliable with strong follow-through
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (assistance for heavier items)
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory through weekly counts and reconciliations
• Track and resolve open repair issues
• Organize and maintain back room with proper tagging
• Refurbish returned merchandise to company standards
• Ensure pricing and signage accuracy
• Coordinate inventory transfers
• Monitor product ordering and follow up
• Support store organization and operational efficiency
