About The Position

At Majik, we are looking for an Operations Specialist to ensure inventory accuracy, product readiness, and overall store organization. This role directly impacts store performance and customer experience. We are passionate about helping employees grow and delivering great customer experiences. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of inventory or retail operations experience preferred
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable using computers and systems
• Reliable with strong follow-through
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (assistance for heavier items)
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory through weekly counts and reconciliations
• Track and resolve open repair issues
• Organize and maintain back room with proper tagging
• Refurbish returned merchandise to company standards
• Ensure pricing and signage accuracy
• Coordinate inventory transfers
• Monitor product ordering and follow up
• Support store organization and operational efficiency
