Requirements
- Store Manager or strong Assistant Manager experience
- Confidence in leading teams and driving results
- Ability to build team engagement and accountability
- Someone who thrives in a busy, hands-on retail setting

- Driving sales performance and hitting KPIs
- Coaching and developing team members on the floor
- Managing scheduling, inventory, and visual standards
