Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- One year of banking experience required.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening, and etiquette).
- Great customer service skills.
- Positive, helpful, and professional attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills, organized, detail oriented, and multitasking ability.
- Bookkeeping skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis in Excel.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy of cash letters, returns, and adjustments.
- Send and receive wires.
- Accurately input, transmit financial data received, and sent to the Fed.
- Review daily electronic and teller deposits.
- Daily operation functions including but not limited to reports, notices and statements.
