About The Position

OLH Inc. is seeking one Operations Support Specialist 1 to provide operational support for a new PIT INFRA project at LANL in Los Alamos, New Mexico. The role helps ensure required activities and deliverables are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with Laboratory policies. Support areas include procurement, resource scheduling, records management, budget and cost tracking, and coordination among project personnel and supporting organizations. The specialist will also assist with procedure revisions, process improvements, issue tracking, and corrective actions. The role supports project objectives while maintaining safety, security, quality, and accountability.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Three years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for a new project.
• Help ensure activities and deliverables are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with Laboratory policies.
• Support procurement, resource scheduling, records management, and budget and cost tracking.
• Coordinate among project personnel and supporting organizations.
